The Lincat DF66 provides two independently controlled 9 litre tanks, each with 3 kW heating and its own basket. It supports separate frying tasks and produces up to 24 kg of chilled 12 mm chips per hour. Front drain taps and hinged elements make routine cleaning more accessible. Delivery in 2–3 weeks.
