A single deck electric pizza oven with capacity for 4 × 13 inch pizzas. Refractory stone cooking surfaces and adjustable temperature controls support commercial pizza baking. This 5kW model uses a hardwired 220–240V single-phase supply. A three-phase version is available by quotation. A matching stand can be added using the options above.
