A compact electric slicer for light, intermittent food preparation. Supplied with smooth and serrated blades, it handles cooked meats, cheese and bread with adjustable slices up to 15 mm. Run for no more than 10 minutes, then allow at least 5 minutes to cool; do not cut bones or frozen food.
