The RotoQuip RMDXZ-16 brings pressure frying to a countertop format. Its 16-litre stainless-steel pot, cast-aluminium lid and 3kW electric heating suit kitchens needing a compact fryer. Set the temperature between 50°C and 200°C and use the 0–30 minute timer to control each cooking cycle.
