Open top refrigerated preparation counter saladette fridge provides simple safe storage with a useful enclosed cool-well and cutting board. The cabinet also benefits from a large GN pan space at the rear of the cutting board making it ideal for wraps salads, sandwich preparation and fast access to produce. The under storage (GN 1/1) maximizes valuable available space with three easy loading doors. There is a useful lid to cover the top containers. The storage temperature of the open-well will vary on the ambient temperature around the cabinet.
